The Overview page provides a real-time snapshot of all routes, helping you monitor daily fleet activity.

Terminal Filter

Use the Terminal Filter at the top of the page to display data for a specific terminal.
By default, the Overview page shows information for all terminals.

Driver Map

The Driver Map displays the current location of all drivers actively running a route using the GroundCloud® Driver App.
Drivers are marked on the map using their initials (e.g., John Smith → JS).

Notification Messages

If an issue arises within your account, a notification will appear at the top of the Overview page.
Notifications direct you to the specific area where the issue can be resolved.

Route Overview

The Route Overview section provides details on each route, whether stops were added manually or through Automated Manifest Uploading (AMU).

Route Information Fields

Field	Description
Name	Route name.
Driver	Driver assigned to the route.
Vehicle	Vehicle scanned by the driver (data may take time to sync via AMU).
Stops	Completed stops vs. total stops.
Packages	Completed packages vs. total packages.
Impacts	Packages that affect service levels.
Exceptions	Total number of delivery exceptions (hover over the icon for details).
Stops/Hour	Completed stops per hour.
Est. Miles	Estimated total route mileage.
Act. Miles	Actual miles traveled by the driver.
Est. Drive Time	Estimated time required to complete the route.

Mobile Overview (Beta)

The Overview page is available in a mobile-friendly format for smart devices.

Accessing the Mobile Overview

Log into GroundCloud.io using a web browser on your mobile device.
Click View Mobile Page at the top of the screen.

Note: The mobile-friendly Overview page is currently in beta and requires opting in each time.
