Updates are automatically received if your tablet is enrolled in GroundCloud Mobile Device Management (MDM). However, if the app is in use when it receives the automatic command to update, the user is then prompted with a notification similar to the image below:
If the user selects Not Now, the device needs to be updated manually.
How to Update a Device Manually
Go to the home screen of the iPad or Android device.
Click on the ME MDM app.
Select App Catalog from the screen.
Select Install next to the GroundCloud App.

You can also see the current app version within the app itself.

Open up the GroundCloud app to display the current app's version listed at the bottom of the login page.

Open the menu bar if you are already logged in to the app.
The current app version is listed in the bottom left of the menu bar.
ManageEngine
The ManageEngine application is already installed if your devices are enrolled in the new MDM.
Open the ME application. Here you can update to the most recent version of GroundCloud.

Update your GroundCloud Driver app from your device's App Store.
