This article covers the various locations where you can confirm that your GroundCloud app is up-to-date. For the best performance, use the most updated version of the app.
Updates are received automatically if your tablet is enrolled in GroundCloud Mobile Device Management (MDM).

The Drivers tab in your portal lists the last app version used by each driver.
This tab provides a quick way to check if your entire fleet is up-to-date.
Note: This information is listed by driver rather than tablet. Therefore, shared tablets or a driver logging in from a personal device can affect the information listed here.
GroundCloud Driver App
You can also see the current app version within the app itself.
Open up the GroundCloud app to display the current app version that is listed at the bottom of the login page or if you are already logged into the app.
Open the menu bar on the left side.
The current app version is listed in the bottom left.
How to Update Apps Manually
If your tablet is enrolled in GroundCloud Mobile Device Management (MDM), the ManageEngine application is already installed and receives app updates automatically.
However, if the app is in use when it receives the command to update, the user is prompted with a notification similar to the image below:
If the user selects Not Now, the device will need to be updated manually.
Updating the App (enrolled in MDM)
Go to the home screen of the iPad or Android device.
Click on the ME MDM app.
Select App Catalog from the screen.
Select Update next to the GroundCloud App.
Updating the App (if NOT Enrolled in MDM)
Update your GroundCloud Driver app from your device's App Store:
