GroundCloud VEDR devices are ordered through the GroundCloud webstore. Follow the steps below based on whether you are a new or existing customer.
New GroundCloud Customers
If you do not currently use any GroundCloud services, you must create a GroundCloud.io account before placing a VEDR order.
Visit the GroundCloud customer sign‑up page.
Create an account using your company information.
Once your account is created, navigate to the GroundCloud Shop by selecting VEDR → Devices → Order VEDR Device.
Existing GroundCloud Customers
If you already have a GroundCloud account and need to order additional VEDR units:
Sign in to your existing GroundCloud.io account.
Navigate to the GroundCloud Shop by selecting VEDR → Devices → Order VEDR Device.
Ordering from the GroundCloud Shop
All VEDR orders are placed through the GroundCloud Shop.
To place an order, users must be signed in to the GroundCloud Shop. Customers who have not previously purchased products through the Shop will be prompted to register before completing checkout.
Note: The GroundCloud Shop uses a separate login from your GroundCloud.io account. Shop registration may be required to complete your order.
To place an order:
Navigate to the GroundCloud Shop.

Sign in using your existing Shop credentials.
If you have not ordered from the Shop before, register for a Shop account when prompted.
Choose the desired VEDR options and quantities.
Review pricing and order details, then complete checkout.
An order confirmation email is sent after the order is successfully placed.
About GroundCloud VEDR
The GroundCloud AIR‑II is a dual‑lens, AI‑enabled VEDR camera designed for both permanent vehicle installation and portable deployment.
Portable deployment is intended for use in rental or temporary vehicles.
Permanent installations must be assigned to Schedule B vehicles.
The device simultaneously captures forward‑facing and interior video. The road‑facing camera records video at up to 1080p resolution, while the interior camera provides a wide‑angle view of the vehicle cabin. On‑device AI processing detects and flags driving events.
The AIR‑II supports fixed installation in assigned fleet vehicles as well as portable use in rental or temporarily assigned vehicles.
