Warning: The Route Schedule page is being phased out and replaced by the Driver Schedule page. Users should begin using the Driver Schedule page, as the Route Schedule page will eventually be removed.

The Route Schedule page in GroundCloud.io allows managers to assign drivers to routes for future dates. Schedules can be set for days, weeks, or months in advance. Drivers can view their assigned routes on the Schedule page in the GroundCloud® Driver App.

Driver Scheduling

1. Only active routes are displayed. Routes must be set to active or inactive from the Routes page.

2. Current-day scheduling requires manual assignment through route editing or in-app selection.

3. A driver time-off indicator appears as an asterisk (*) next to a driver’s name when they have an approved time-off block. Assigning a driver to a route on a scheduled time off day is not recommended unless their time-off schedule is adjusted.

Copying a Schedule

A schedule from a previous week can be copied into a new week.

1. Click the Copy From Previous button.

2. Select the week to copy into the currently viewed week.

3. Choose Select to confirm the copied schedule.

4. Make necessary adjustments to the schedule.

5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Terminal Selection

A filter at the top of the Route Scheduler page allows users to view the schedule for a specific terminal.
