Using GroundCloud messaging is a great way to stay connected to your drivers without the risk of taking their eyes off the road!
The Messages feature allows fleet managers to communicate with drivers directly through the GroundCloud Management Portal through the GroundCloud Driver app.
On the left, you will see a list of all active drivers. You can select which driver you want to correspond with and send a message that will appear on their GroundCloud Driver app. Drivers can read and respond to messages while their vehicle is not in motion.

Announcements allow Fleet Managers to send important information and videos to their entire fleet or individual drivers. Announcements are delivered to the GroundCloud Driver app, so they can be viewed on a personal device or company tablet.
