The Routes page in GroundCloud.io allows you to create and manage your company’s routes.
Route Details
Each route is listed with the following details:
Work Area Name: The title assigned to the work area.
Terminal: The terminal where the work area is based.
Driver: The driver currently assigned to the work area.
Current Day: The last date stops were assigned to the work area.
Sync Status: Indicates whether the work area has Automated Manifest Uploading (AMU) "enabled".
Actions: Opens route details for further management.
By default, all terminals are displayed. Use the terminal filter to view work areas for a specific terminal.
Automated Manifest Uploading (AMU)
When your GroundCloud.io and FedEx® FCC accounts are linked, routes are automatically created and updated.
Each route has a Sync Status indicator to show if it is receiving automated manifest data.
Routes with sync "enabled" can retrieve manifests automatically without needing to download files from FCC.
