The Maintenance Reminders page is being replaced with Vehicle Reminders. Enhancements allow both features to be consolidated, removing the need for two separate pages. Users should begin transitioning to Vehicle Reminders as Maintenance Reminders will be phased out. The transition is occurring in stages, so some users may not immediately see Vehicle Reminders in their accounts.

Accessing Maintenance Reminders

1. Navigate to the Vehicles section in GroundCloud.io.

2. Open the Maintenance Reminders tab.

3. View, edit, delete, and create reminders for any vehicle.

4. Use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to filter by vehicle number.

5. Select Add Reminder to create a new reminder.

Creating a Maintenance Reminder

1. Open the Maintenance Reminders page.

2. Click Add Reminder.

3. Select a vehicle from the dropdown menu.

4. Enter a description for the reminder.

5. Choose to trigger the reminder by date or odometer reading.

6. To retrieve an odometer reading for a vehicle, ensure it is enabled as part of the Driver-Vehicle Inspection Report.

7. Click Save to create the reminder.

Managing Maintenance Reminders

1. Newly created reminders appear in the list with options to edit or delete them.

2. Completed reminders can be removed using the delete action under the Actions column.

Automatically Creating Work Orders

Maintenance Reminders can be set to generate a Work Order when triggered automatically.

1. Check the Automatically Create Work Order option when creating or editing a Maintenance Reminder.

2. The system generates a Work Order when the reminder is due.

3. Fleet Managers receive a notification when a new Work Order is created.

4. Notification settings can be adjusted on the Fleet Managers page.
