RouteStats™ distills all of your data into a visual and digestible format from which you are able to better optimize the operational efficiency and, therefore, profitability of your business. In this article, we give an overview of the dashboards. To give Fleet Managers access to view RouteStats, assign them one of the RouteStats roles in Fleet Manager Permissions.

Upload Validation: This shows when your last uploads were and if both files were received.
Overview: A quick glance at your companies' metrics, revenue, operations, route averages and how revenue is broken up between entities and terminals.
Comparison: Allows you to compare performance between two selected date ranges, displaying operational metrics for two time periods side-by-side.
Trending: Analyze data trends within the business by either monthly or weekly views. These data points include revenue, stop & package volume and route averages.

Day of Week Analysis:
Operation Analysis: Revenue, dispatch and route averages analysis broken out by day of the week for a selected date range. Drill down into individual day analysis by clicking on that day of the week on each chart.
Volume Analysis: Days of the week analysis on the stop mix and package mix, along with averages. Compare volume between days to accurately plan your driver and route schedule.

Team Analysis:
Home: Interact with the charts to analyze how a driver's efficiency, workload, and revenue have effects on each other in one view.
Efficiency: Sorts from the highest stops per on-road hour to the lowest while displaying their stops per mile to compare efficiency vs density. The top five and bottom five are displayed for the team over a selected date range for a glance at the top performers.
Financial: Sorts drivers from the highest average weekly revenue to the lowest to highlight the greatest producers. The top and bottom five are displayed for the team over a selected date range for a glance at the top performers.
Workload: Compares on-road hours to stops per route and packages per route, sorted from highest on-road hours to lowest. The top five and bottom five are displayed for the team over a selected date range for a glance at the top performers.

Route Analysis:

Driver Profile: Shows individual driver metrics. Select a driver from the dropdown to view their metrics over the selected date range.
Opportunities: Ranks the lowest on-road hours versus revenue per route and route averages ranked by on-road hours. This dashboard shows where you can increase efficiency by adjusting on-road hours and routes per day. Select a day of the week and input hours to see an analysis of how that would impact your bottom line.
