Logging In
Visit GroundCloud® Login.
Enter your account username and password created during sign-up.
If you forgot your password, reset it here.
Adding Your Contract ID
Your Contract ID ensures proper reporting and correlation to Schedule B, vehicles, and VEDR devices.

What is a Contract ID?
It is your contractual agreement with FedEx (e.g., C8752134).
Note: This is different from your Contractor ID (CSP ID = V#).

Adding Routes
Select the Routes tab.
Click + Add Route and enter the route number or name.

Linking AMU (FedEx CSPs)
Connect your FedEx FCC account to GroundCloud® for Automatic Manifest Upload (AMU).
AMU automatically imports your manifest data into your routes each morning (no manual uploads needed).

Adding Vehicles

Register your fleet, including:
Vehicle IDs, Nicknames, VINs, and Contract IDs
Maintenance Records & Reminders for tracking historical data

Adding Drivers
Go to the Drivers tab in your management portal.
Create a driver profile with a username and password.

Drivers will use these credentials to log into the GroundCloud® app for:
Route visibility
Safety tracking
Time management

Downloading the GroundCloud® App

iPad® or iPhone® → Download from the Apple App Store
Android™ devices → Download from Google Play Store
Note: Devices sent to GroundCloud® arrive pre-installed with the app.
