Time Commits enhance the GroundCloud.io portal and GroundCloud® Driver App by providing:
New stop order preferences
Comprehensive time window visibility
Delivery window alerts
These features help ensure on-time deliveries.
Viewing Time Commit Stops
Time Commit stops are color-coded in both the manager portal and driver app for better visibility.
Appointment Deliveries also appear in the Time Commits section.
Viewing Pickup and Delivery Windows
Viewing Across All Routes
Log into GroundCloud.io.
Go to the P&D Time Commits tab.
Viewing Within a Specific Route
Go to the Routes tab.
Select the desired route.
Click on any triangle icon in the map view to display the Time Window.
OR
Click View Stops in the top-right corner.
The Time Commit will be listed under the Time Commits column.
Following FRO for Time Commits
Go to the Routes tab.
Select the desired route.
Click Edit Route in the top-right corner.

Under Stop Ordering, select Follow Manifest Row Order from the dropdown menu.
Click Submit to save changes.
Restricting Drivers from Re-Sequencing Routes
By default, drivers can re-sequence their routes. This setting can be disabled for individual drivers.
Go to the Drivers tab.
Click on the driver’s name.
Click Edit in the top-right corner.

Uncheck Driver can reorder route sequence.
Click Submit to save changes.
