You can manually upload No Van Scan Reports to your account or have them sent directly from your terminal.
Uploading an NVS Report Manually
Request that your terminal send the unedited SS Inbound Scans spreadsheet file.
Log in to your GroundCloud® portal.
Go to the Manifests page.
Click Upload P&D Manifests.
Browse your computer and select the SS Inbound Scans spreadsheet file.
Choose the correct terminal.
Click Continue to add the NVS report and associated stops.
Uploading an NVS Report from the Terminal
NVS reports can also be uploaded to your account by your terminal manager by sending the file directly to your account.
Log in to your GroundCloud® portal.
Open the Contact & Terminals page.
Locate the email address listed for your terminal. This email is specific to your account.
Share this email address with your terminal manager.
The terminal manager can send NVS reports to this email each morning, and the additional stops will be added to the day's manifest.
