Productivity Reports Columns and Calculations
Stops: Total stops assigned (not completed stops).
Packages: Total packages assigned.
Pkgs/stop: Total packages/total stops.
Miles: Actual miles traveled.
Miles/Stop: Actual miles traveled divided by the number of stops assigned.
Stops/hr (road): Completed stops divided by the total road hours (Completed Stops is not one of the columns on this page and may differ from the total assigned stops).
Stops/hr (duty): Completed stops divided by the total shift hours (Completed Stops is not one of the columns on this page and may differ from the total assigned stops).
Note: These are different calculations from what is presented on the Overview (dashboard page) and Driver Details stats tab. In those places, the calculation is the completed stops divided by the time between the first stop status update and the last (completed stops / (last stop timestamp - first stop timestamp). This calculation effectively eliminates the drive time to/from a delivery area. Also, the "STOPS/HR THIS WEEK" metric on the stats page uses the FedEx week (Sat-Fri) for the calculation.
Road (hrs): Total road hours.
Duty (hrs): Total shift hours.
Diff: This is the difference between total duty and total road hours.
ILS: Inbound Local Service, or ILS, is a metric that FedEx tracks to grade performance. It is calculated here as the percentage of total assigned stops that have been completed (according to GC metrics, this does not consider FX scanner data). This calculation likely differs from FedEx's internal calculation.
