Setting up your Contract ID is now easier than ever and follows the assignment of Contracts to Vehicles on your Schedule B.

Adding or Editing a Contract ID

1. Log into GroundCloud.io.

2. Navigate to the Contract IDs section from the left-hand panel.

3. Select Add Contract to create a new contract or Edit to modify an existing one.

4. Enter the required details:

   • Entity Name

   • Alternate Entity Name (if applicable)

   • Contract ID

   • Contracted Service Type

   • Date Range

5. Click Submit to save changes.

Note: All vehicles assigned to the contract ID will be updated automatically.

Assigning Vehicles to a Contract

If you have existing vehicles in your account, follow these steps to assign them to a new Contract ID.

1. Navigate to the Vehicles page in GroundCloud.io.

2. Click on a Vehicle ID to open the Vehicle Details page.

3. Select Edit Vehicle to update the vehicle’s information.

4. Use the Contract ID dropdown to assign the vehicle to an existing contract.

5. Click Submit to save changes.

Transferring Vehicles Between Contracts

To transfer all vehicles from one contract to another:

1. Navigate to the Contract IDs page.

2. Click Move Vehicles/Devices.

3. Select the From Contract as the source and the To Contract as the target.

4. Click Submit to confirm the transfer.

Note: Contract IDs are used for VEDR connectivity and Key Indicator reporting. To ensure proper reporting, transfers should be completed on or before the effective date of the new contract.
