Monthly Maintenance Reports (MMR) can be generated for any month where data is available. Reports are created from the Reports page in GroundCloud.io.

Uploading the MGBA-355 Report Form

The page will display the Choose File button if you have not previously uploaded an MGBA-355 report.

1. Log in to MyGroundBiz.

2. Use the search bar to locate the MMR Form.

3. Download the blank form.

4. Go to GroundCloud.io.

5. Click Choose File and upload the MGBA-355 report.
   
   

Generating a Maintenance Report

1. Go to the Reports page in GroundCloud.io.

2. Fill in the report details:
   
   
   

   • Format – The default format is MGBA-355.
     
     

   • Year – Select the year for the report.

   • Month – Select the month for the report.

   • Contract—The report includes all contracts by default. To filter vehicles by contract, select a specific Contract ID.

   • Sign and Date – Check this box to sign and date the report automatically.
     
     

3. Select a font. The account holder’s name will sign the report.

4. Click Create to generate the report.

5. A popup window will appear with an option to download the report.

Locating the Downloaded Report

• The report will be saved in your browser's download manager or in your computer’s Downloads folder.
