The Stop Search feature allows you to search for stops across all currently dispatched routes.
Searching for Stops
To search for a stop:
Login to GroundCloud.io.
Go to the Routes tab.
Click Stop Search.
You will be brought to the Stop Search page, where you can input all or part of the recipient's name or address.
Click the magnifying glass to return a list of all stops containing the input information.
Once the desired stop is identified, click View to bring up the stop list of the route day containing that stop.
Note: Only current day dispatches will be able to be searched. Only the recipient’s name or street address will work in the search. At least three characters (alpha and/or numeric) need to be entered to begin a search. Search results are limited to 10 displayed stops; if there are more than 10 stops returned, 10 stops will be displayed with the message:
