FAQ
How long does it take for my data to upload?
The database is set to refresh every 15 minutes. Please contact support if the dataset does not show anything after 30 minutes.
Once your initial upload is successful, you may continue to upload data without waiting for the upload process to complete.
I uploaded my data, and it said it was successful. Why is it not showing?
You either have not waited long enough or did not change the date range to see.
Why do I keep getting an error message when submitting my files?
If this is a business's first upload, the PDF Settlement Statement MUST be sent before the spreadsheet.
If there is still an error, contact support.
Why isn't all of my data showing?
Fedex purges data from the WSW after about six weeks. If the sheets are already downloaded, they can be uploaded.
Did they change the Date Range?
Uploading “corrected” data supersedes previous uploads (of the same date range).
What is going into showing my Total Revenue?
This only includes P&D activity. We exclude Shuttle Routes and update them to exclude any new incentive payment (excluded incentives include anti-theft devices and blindside cameras).
How is the fixed settlement pay divided for each route? Is it evenly or percentage of what each route generates in revenue?
The fixed revenue is allocated at a package and stop level and then distributed to the routes (meaning it's distributed by volume delivered to the route and weighted to routes with higher workload.
Note: Data cannot currently be shared between accounts. If you are using a consulting service, the best practice is to add a consultant as a Fleet Manager with full access to RouteStats. Here's how to add a Fleet Manager Account. The database is set to refresh every 15 minutes. Please contact support if the dataset does not show anything after 30 minutes.
