The Package Search function allows you to easily view a package's status and all of its relevant information by searching the tracking number. This enhanced search capability will guide users to the specific route day and streamline the workflow for delivery investigations, such as Disputed Deliveries.

Search for a Package

To search for a package via its tracking number:

1. Login to GroundCloud.io.

2. Go to the Package Search tab.
   
   
   

3. Enter a Tracking Number in the search bar at the top of the page. Package Search is limited to packages on your GroundCloud account within the last 14 days.
   
   
   

4. For more information, click on the Tracking Number, Address, or View icon.
   
   

Tracking Number

Clicking on the Tracking Number link will take you to an external page to see detailed tracking info with the Picture Proof of Delivery if available.

Address

Clicking on the package Address will take you to the route map for the delivery day with the stop selected.

View

Clicking the View button will pull up a list of information for the stop.
