Creating a Dummy Route in GroundCloud.io account and uploading "practice route info" do run as a demo or training.

Step 1: Preparing a Practice Manifest

1. Log into MyBizAccount (FedEx® contractor portal).

2. Navigate to FCC (FedEx® Customer Connection).

3. Go to the P&D Manifest tab and select your Work Area (WA).

4. Change the date to a previous day (this prevents changes to current routes).

5. Select the Delivery Manifest tab (do not use Combo Manifest, as it lacks SID info).

6. Download the spreadsheet version of the Delivery Manifest.
   
   

7. Locate the DeliveryManifest.xls file in your Downloads folder and open it.

Modifying the Manifest File

1. Open the file and navigate to the Header tab.

   • Change the date to today's date.

   • Change the WA number to a generic number (e.g., 1234).

2. Go to the Stop Details tab.

   • Locate the Completed column.

   • Change all “Y” values to “N” (ensures stops are marked as incomplete).

3. Save the file (you can rename it or keep the original filename).

Step 2: Uploading the Dummy Route to GroundCloud.io

1. Log into GroundCloud.io.

2. Go to the Routes page.

3. Click + Add Route on the right-hand side.

4. Enter the route/WA number (e.g., WA 1234).

5. Complete the required fields and click Submit.

6. Navigate to the Manifests page.

7. Click Upload Manifest in the upper-right corner.

8. Click Choose File and select the modified manifest.

Select the correct terminal.
