Payroll Automation is available in GroundCloud® Pro. To upgrade, visit GroundCloud Pro Billing.
The Payroll Automation page calculates driver hours and pay rate details, preparing them for submission to a payroll processing service.
Hours information is pulled from approved Timecards.
Overtime and Double Overtime hours are determined by the Overtime Configuration settings.
Total Pay is calculated based on the hourly rate set on the driver’s Driver Details page.
Filtering Payroll Data
Filters at the top of the Payroll Automation page allow users to refine the report.
Start of Week sets the first day included in the report.
For the Week Including selects the week for payroll processing.
With Drivers filters drivers included in the report. By default, all drivers are displayed.
Exporting Payroll Data
Click Download CSV to generate a payroll file.
The file downloads as a CSV to the browser or the Downloads folder.
Submitting Payroll Data
The exported file is pre-configured for compatibility with major payroll processing services.
No additional formatting or editing is required.
Upload or send the file to the payroll processor.
