Supplemental Training allows you to assign extra training modules to individual drivers or your entire fleet.
This training is provided in addition to the Proactive Safety Training, which is sent biweekly for P&D and monthly for linehaul.
To use this feature, select training topics from the available library that address specific areas of concern. Once assigned, you can monitor training progress and completion status directly from your dashboard.
Enrolling a Driver
To assign a driver(s) a specific training module, follow the steps below:
Log in to GroundCloud.io.
Go to the Supplemental Training tab.
Select the driver(s) from the dropdown of all active drivers on your account. You can enroll multiple drivers by selecting them from this dropdown.
Select a training module from the dropdown list.
Once a training is selected from the dropdown list, a preview populates on the right side, showing the module's contents. Toggle 'Show All Hints' to preview answers to the training module questions.
Once the driver(s) and training module are selected, click Assign to complete enrollment. The drivers will receive the assigned training the next time they log in to the driver app.
Assigning and Scheduling Supplemental Training for Your Entire Team
To send and schedule supplemental training for your entire team, follow the steps below:
Log in to GroundCloud.io.
Go to the Schedule tab under the Safety section of your management portal.
Click on the desired date on the calendar.
Select a training module from the popup window.
Click Submit.
Training Records
All assigned supplemental trainings are listed at the bottom of the page. You can filter these by date, completion status and driver.
