Inspection Records

To view completed Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports:

1. Go to the Inspection Records page of your management portal.
   
   
   

2. At the top of this page, you can filter completed inspections by date and driver.
   
   
   
   This page shows all completed inspections for the selected drivers in the selected date range.
   
   
   
   Each inspection is listed by:

   • Date: The date and time the inspection was completed.

   • Type: Either pre-trip or post-trip inspection.

   • Warnings: The number of warnings on the inspection.

   • Errors: The number of errors on the inspection.

   • Warnings and Errors are marked based on the options selected in your Inspection Settings.

3. Click on the date of the inspection to pull up the information filled out in the report.
   
   
   

Each enabled field of the DVIR report is shown here with the driver's input. Warnings and Errors are highlighted with red text.
