Generic Manifest File Format

Uploading Manifests in CSV Format

Manifests can be manually uploaded in a CSV (comma-separated values) manifest format. This format is intended to be easier to create and modify by-hand using standard spreadsheet software (e.g., Numbers or spreadsheet).

Note: AMU downloaded manifests should work as-is but will require adding the 'work_area' column.

File Requirements

  1. The first row of the CSV file must contain the column names.

  2. The file must be saved as a CSV file.

  3. The Work_Area column must contain a route number (names are not allowed).

  4. The following columns are required (they can appear in any order):

    • recip_street

    • recip_city

    • recip_state

    • sid

    • stop_type
