The Device Check-In Report provides insights into the connectivity status of your VEDR units.
Accessing the Report
Log in to GroundCloud.io.
Navigate to the Reports page.
Click Device Check-In Report.
By default, the report displays all check-ins for VEDR units from the past two weeks.
Filtering Data
Use the date and device filters to refine the displayed data.
Exporting the Report
Click the Export button in the upper right corner to download the report.
A spreadsheet containing the filtered results will be generated and saved to your computer’s Downloads folder.
Tip: The exported report should appear in your Downloads folder.
Device Status Indicators
Each device is assigned one of the following status indicators:
CHECK-IN: The camera was powered on and successfully checked in.
PASS: The device did not check in on this date but was connected within the previous three days. (Devices must check in every four days to maintain KI1 compliance.)
SERVICE: The device is marked as out of service (not a check-in). Devices must be reactivated before the service window closes to avoid being marked offline.
OFFLINE: The device did not check in, and the last successful check-in was outside the four-day compliance window. (This may negatively impact the KI1 score.)
