The Device Check-In Report provides insights into the connectivity status of your VEDR units.

Accessing the Report

  1. Log in to GroundCloud.io.

  2. Navigate to the Reports page.

  3. Click Device Check-In Report.

By default, the report displays all check-ins for VEDR units from the past two weeks.

Filtering Data

  • Use the date and device filters to refine the displayed data.

Exporting the Report

  1. Click the Export button in the upper right corner to download the report.

  2. A spreadsheet containing the filtered results will be generated and saved to your computer’s Downloads folder.

Tip: The exported report should appear in your Downloads folder.

Device Status Indicators

Each device is assigned one of the following status indicators:

  • CHECK-IN: The camera was powered on and successfully checked in.

  • PASS: The device did not check in on this date but was connected within the previous three days. (Devices must check in every four days to maintain KI1 compliance.)

  • SERVICE: The device is marked as out of service (not a check-in). Devices must be reactivated before the service window closes to avoid being marked offline.

  • OFFLINE: The device did not check in, and the last successful check-in was outside the four-day compliance window. (This may negatively impact the KI1 score.)
