This article explains how to enable VEDR event videos during automated driver coaching.

When a coachable VEDR event is assigned to a driver, they receive an automated coaching module related to the event when they next log in to the GroundCloud app. You now have the option to also show the driver footage of the event so they can review their behavior alongside the coaching.

Here is what the driver sees if you have this setting enabled:

Enabling the Setting

With this setting enabled, drivers can see footage during their automated coaching sessions. You can disable this feature in the same fashion by unchecking the box on your Settings page and clicking Submit to save.

1. Go to the Settings page of your portal.

2. Scroll down to find the option to Show drivers the video of their coachable behavior.

3. Check the box to enable this setting.

4. Click Submit to save.
