Stop information can be edited from either your management portal or within the Driver App.

Edit Stop Information
Login to GroundCloud.io.
Go to the Routes tab.
Click the Work Area Name containing the stop you would like to edit.
Select the date of stop you would like to edit.
Click View Stops.
Click on the Edit button under the Actions column for the stop you would like to edit.
Click on each field to edit or add information.
Once completed, click Submit at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
Additional Information
Address: Address associated with the package
City: Delivery city
State: Delivery state
Postal Code: Delivery postal code
Location: Drag and drop the plotted location of the stop
This will not adjust the address information; it will adjust where that address is placed on the map.
Name: Name of the recipient.
Phone: Phone number of the recipient.
Address Notes: Add information that will be shown for the current and any future deliveries to this address. Recurring things such as gate codes or other instructions specific to this address.
Address Notes will be visible in the Driver App.
Number of Packages: The total number of packages for delivery to this address.
Premium Service: Any special requirements for the package, such as signatures, goods requirements, and pick-up/delivery services.
This information will be visible on the Stop Information in the Driver App.
Stop Instructions: Instructions for this delivery. When completing this delivery, the driver will receive a popup of the information in this field. These can be package handling instructions, access notes or any other information that will assist the driver with the delivery.
SID: The SID number of the package(s) being delivered.
