Checking Driver Schedule and Time-Off Requests


Drivers can check their schedules from the GroundCloud Driver App or by logging in to the GroundCloud.io management portal using their driver login information. They can also submit Time-Off Requests from the GroundCloud Driver App only.

Checking Schedule from the App

Note: Requires version iOS 1.4.16 or Android 1.3.8.

Drivers can see their schedule on the Driver App from the Schedule tab.

  1. Log in to the Driver App using your driver account.

  2. Go to the menu and select Schedule to display the Schedule tab.



    Scheduled Shifts and Time-Off are shown on this page.

  3. Click on any time entry to see the details of the shift.

Note: Pre-Work Mode allows drivers to log in to the GroundCloud Driver App to check their schedule without starting their shift. Drivers can view the Dashboard, Schedule, Notifications and Settings prior to completing DVIR and Ongoing Safety Training.


Submitting a Time-Off Request

Drivers can submit Time-Off Requests in the GroundCloud app.

  1. Log in to the GroundCloud Driver App using your driver account.

  2. Click the Menu button in the top left corner.



  3. Click on the Schedule tab.

  4. Click Time-Off Requests in the top right corner.


  5. View other Time-Off Requests or submit a new one.


  6. When submitting a Time-Off Request, select a date and input any notes necessary.


  7. Click Submit.


Checking Schedule from the Portal

Drivers are able to log in to the GroundCloud.io portal using their driver login information.

  1. Log in to GroundCloud.io using driver login.

  2. Click View Schedule to open the schedule page.


  3. Time entries for shifts, breaks and time off can be seen from this schedule page.
